Ukraine determines the conditions of PGK

:«The state administration of railways transport of Ukraine (»Ukrzaliznitsa") has determined the price conditions for PGK railcars which will go through the territory of Ukraine with transit cargoes. According to the corresponding resolution of this authority, such railcars will be equated with the private railcars. In such a way the cost of transportation will be decreased at 15 % through using the decreasing coefficient 0,85, as it is agreed by the CIS transport legistions for 2009, informs «RZhD-Partner». The condition of using such a coefficient is the obligatory release of «Ukrzaliznitsa» from the payment for using such railcars. This order is prolonged for the first quarter of 2009."
